Sorry I haven’t been updating the site. I’ve spent the last 2 months working on a curriculum for home school students based on what I’ve learned over the last year of teaching.
Five lessons are complete and currently being tested and evaluated. I’ll keep you posted when it is available to purchase.
I have two slots still available for the Friday Level 1 class. Give me a call at 704-302-6384.
Level 1 Classes will now be on Fridays from 11am-1pm and Level 3 on Tuesdays from 11am-1pm. I still have a few slots left open, so email or give me a call.
Classes start on September 7th and 10th.
I’m so excited because I’m making some adjustments so the class is more in line with the NC State guidelines for Foods curriculum!
Level 3 classes will be on Tuesdays for any and all returning students from 11am-1pm.
The new Level 1 class will be on Thursdays from 11am-1pm.

Alternating Chocolate and Vanilla triple layer tiers. One with Mascarpone Mousse filling and the other Raspberry jam.
Quick not to see if there is interest in Fall classes. They would start after Labor Day in September. There would be one Level 1 class and one Level 3 class. If interested please email me a email@example.com and let me know what day is best. I’ll pick the class day based on which one works the best for the most people interested.
